CraveCart respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, restaurant partners, delivery riders, advertisers, and third parties to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims on our platform.

2. Ownership of Content

All content available on CraveCart, including logos, text, graphics, website design, software code, and marketing materials, is owned by CraveCart or licensed to us.

3. User-Generated Content

Restaurant partners and users may upload menu images, brand logos, descriptions, and promotional content.

• You must own the rights to the content; or
• You must have proper authorization to use it.

You agree not to upload content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, submit a written notice including:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Description of the copyrighted work
3. Exact URL/location of the infringing material
4. Statement of good-faith belief
5. Statement of accuracy
6. Your electronic or physical signature

5. Review and Action

Upon receiving a valid complaint, CraveCart may:

• Remove or disable access to the content
• Notify the user responsible
• Suspend or terminate repeat offenders

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including identification of the removed content and a statement that removal was mistaken.

7. Repeat Infringers

CraveCart maintains a strict policy of terminating accounts of users or partners who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

CraveCart operates as a digital marketplace platform and does not pre-screen all user-generated content. We act promptly upon receiving valid infringement notices.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
